Hot Chocolate

Ingredients :

• 3 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, preferably your favorite, or unsweetened baking chocolate
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 30 grams of sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 1/2 glasses of milk

STEPS :

     Step 1 :

When the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, boil the water and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring regularly.

     Step 2 :

Add salt and sugar and stir. boil, then turn down the heat to low. 4 minutes of uncovered simmering with constant stirring. Add the milk and stir. Avoid boiling because skin will form on top; just heat until heated.

     Step 3 :

Serve right away after stirring or beating with a hand mixer until frothy.
