 Homemade Dumplings


One of the best cooks I've ever known was my mum. We frequently discovered handmade dumplings in her stews. We never used microwaves or containers, so you could really taste what the food was. I solely cook that way now days; I don't use any other electronic appliances besides an electric stove.



Ingredients :

  • All-purpose flour, 1 cup
  • Baking powder, two teaspoons
  • White sugar, 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
