Homemade Butterbeer

We've cracked the code to this creamy, bubbly, iconic drink recipe, so there's no need to go to Hogsmeade to get a butterbeer when you can make it at home instead.

Ingredients :

Regarding the whipped cream garnish

• 1/fourth cup heavy cream

• 2 teaspoons of butterscotch syrup, either homemade (see above) or purchased

• 1 teaspoon of sugar, powder

• Salt, 1/8 teaspoon

for the beverage

• 1 tablespoon butterscotch syrup (store-bought or homemade; see above)

• 12 ounces of cream soda

STEPS :

     1. How to make the whipped cream garnish :

Butterscotch syrup, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and salt should all be combined in a mixing dish.

For 1 to 2 minutes, beat until medium peaks form (the peak will flip over when the beater is turned upside down). Place aside.

     2. Make the beverage :

Stir the butterscotch syrup and cream soda together in the chilled pint glass.

     3. Serve beverage garnished with whipped cream topping :

Over the soda, add about 1 inch of the butterscotch whipped cream. Enjoy!
