 Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie


The simplest smoothie is this one. Banana, peanut butter, milk, and a touch of cinnamon are the only few basic components that make it special.



Ingredients :

  • 1 glass of whole milk
  • 1 medium-sized banana that has been frozen in bits.
  • Unsweetened peanut butter, two teaspoons
  • A couple cinnamon dashes
  • 2 cubes of ice


STEPS :

     1. Smoothie blended, then served :

Banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, ice, and 1 cup whole milk should all be added to a blender container. Blender speed should be increased gradually from low to high.


When necessary, halt and scrape the blender's sides. To achieve the appropriate consistency, add additional milk, one tablespoon at a time, if the smoothie is too thick.


Blend the smoothie until the ice is entirely incorporated and it is frothy and smooth. Serve.
