Peach Bellini Cocktails

With a round of these delicious, fresh Peach Bellini cocktails, sweeten up your next brunch!

Ingredients :

• 1 1/2 cups of peach puree in 12 ounces (from about 5-6 ripe peaches)

• 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco

STEPS :

     1. Make the peach puree :

Peaches should be pitted and roughly chopped into 1/2 inch cubes. Blend everything together in a blender until it's smooth. Add a tablespoon or two of water and mix the peaches again if they are on the firm side.

     2. Make the peach bellini cocktail :  

Peach puree and the Prosecco bottle should be mixed together in a big pitcher. Stir gently to mix.

     3. Serve :

Serve in flute glasses immediately after making.
