It has an apple pie flavor! Applesauce, almond milk, cashews, dates, and vanilla in a smoothie.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce or stewed apples
- For one hour, soak half a cup of raw, unsalted cashews in water.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 chopped, pitted dates, soaked in water for 1/2 hour, or 2 tablespoons maple syrup*
- 1 cup ice cubes
STEPS :
1. Blend :
Blend all the components for 30 to 60 seconds or until they are completely smooth.
