Ingredients :
- 2 cans of organic peaches in 100% juice
- 2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of honey or agave
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
STEPS :
Step 1 :
Start by draining the peaches and set aside 1/3 cup of the fruit juice.
Step 2 :
In a blender, combine the drained peaches, reserved fruit juice, Greek yogurt, honey or agave, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Step 3 :
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring there are no air bubbles. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Step 4 :
Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
Step 5 :
When ready to serve, remove the popsicles from their molds by running warm water over the bottom of the molds. This will help loosen the popsicles.
Step 6 :
Serve the Peaches and Cream Popsicles immediately and enjoy! If there are any leftovers, you can wrap them in cellophane bags and store them in a freezer-safe Ziploc bag for later.
