Sloe Gin Fizz

A sloe gin fizz is a tasty cocktail that is effervescent, sweet, tart, and lemony.

Ingredients :

• Ice for the shaker

• 2 ounces sloe gin

• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice 

• 3/4 ounce simple syrup

• 3 ounces sparkling water, chilled

• Lemon wheel (optional)

STEPS :

     1. Shake the ingredients together : 

Pour the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker that is two thirds full of ice. 20 seconds of vigorous shaking.

     2. Strain and serve : 

Pour the blended beverage into a Collins glass, then add the sparkling water on top. If using, garnish with a lemon wheel before serving.
